How about "I Played Bad"?

This is one thing that really bothers me about Bill Parcells and Drew Bledsoe. Very little personal accountability. Here were Drew Bledsoe's comments after the game.

"I don't think anyone anticipated the game going that way," Bledsoe said. "I'm not really sure what to say. I expected much more from this team. I never thought you would see that happen to this team. I didn't think this team was capable of losing a game like that."

He personally turned the ball over 4 times. Instead of constantly saying "this team", why not a little personal responsibility? "I played very poorly today". I would like to hear more of that.

Probably because as a TEAM they were all bad, from the QB all the way down to the punter. I guess he could have said he played bad then named the rest of the players one by one.

Drew Bledsoe is the "king" of passing the buck... but come to think of it that would just end up in a sack, pick or sickenly off-target.

I used to give Drew some benefit of doubt but right now I lost all confidence in him. He is always looking 30 yards down the fields and stands there forever. Great QB's like Elway/Peyton/Farve always recognize the blitz and burn them frequently with intermediate passes and teams respect that and back off. I don't see that with Drew, he is a statue and he doesn't help his offensive line with quick short throws and build the momentum

I didn't get a chance to play. But I stood by BP all day waiting for my turn. Ever since I was promoted to #2 at the beginning of the season, I have been working on my Brett Favre whirl and jump after a handoff, I'm ready to show that off in real play. I'm just so pleased, though, to be #2 on our great team when I know I probably wouldn't have a job on the other 30 teams. ;)

I don't see anything wrong there. They DID play poorly. Bledsoe also played poorly due in large part because his counterparts didn't block for him. It was an all out blitzkrieg all day long.

Don't read into these little things. The entire team stunk worse than Jukes living room.

I don't know about you folks but I didn't see any 'intermediate' or 'short' receivers open pretty much all day. The skins did not fear (and should not have feared) our running game at all and pretty much committed to stopping Bledsoe. Do you really think it was a different Bledsoe yesterday? Bledsoe wasn't great but he was pretty much who he has been all season. The lion's share of blame does not fall on his shoulders IMO.

Oh you mean like the play where Polite was open and Bledsoe held the ball for eternity and took the sack.

Bledsoe alone gets the blame for the Game against the Commanders, just like he got credit alone for the Chiefs( Fedex Airand ground player of the week) They advertised it all week. Now advertise how bad he played all week. No mention last week of his line now all of a sudden the Oline sux. The team goes as the Qb goes

Wow, we are back to blaming Bledsoe.

Let's see. Last week the o-line blocked well, Drew wins NFC player of the week honors. Yesterday, the o-line didn't block anyone. Drew has a poor day.

Drew had no chance yesterday. Why should he take the blame? Frankly, I'm shocked he didn't just call Tucker out. Four sacks, multiple penalties. Just an awful performance there.

Drew is BAD...he had the same operations as Steve Austin did in the Six Million Dollar Man tv show of years ago...and he is not using those powers like he should.
