He is what he is, a guy with some potential who needs some time on the practice squad to learn how to use what he's got. He's not Wes Welker yet, but Wes Welker wasn't Wes Welker at this point of his career either. Expecting anything more at this point is unrealistic. Even for the people on this board....

As you can see, he did suit up for the last game. He covered kicks and subbed in some for Proctor. The man is a all around Joe, just put him on the field and watchout.

I know a lot of people were hyping him but it's not like anyone was predicting immediate superstar status for him. I'd like to see him develop and hopefully make the roster by season's end or next year. When (if) he does, I'll hope that he contributes as a good 5th WR and punt returner.

A lot of people were saying he would make the team and contribute this year. I'm not so sure he shouldn't be given the chance. He just doesn't have a home on STs which some predicted.

I still wouldn't write him off. He's got some quicks.
