no sacks today, and relatively very few sacks to start out the year against some good defenses (Washington, Jacksonville).
Especially today, it looked like he had plenty of time and a good pocket to throw from. One guy I did especially notice doing a good job was RT Columbo. He kept his guy on the outside of the pocket and did a real good job.

im not ready to say anything about this OL..still a scary subject..and no washington does not ahve a good defense..they cant stop anybody

they just try to score more points

ill start turning my stance once the boys can show they can do it against the likes of philly

If they can hold off the pass rush of Philly, give the backs room to run, and give Bledsoe time to throw, then I'll give them some serious props. But their pass rush will be the best the O line has seen so far.

Regardless you still have to give them props. We are so quick to bash them when they aren't playing well.So today I will give them credit, where credit is due. Start of the year everyone thought this was our weakess link.

Good post I was going to start one myself.

The success we have this season hinges on the OL. I am seeing chemistry out there and while we have not played an elite DL since Jax I still see glimpses of something special. They are feeling and learning each others anticipations. Rivera and Colombo most of all which is my biggest worry. Flo looks good as well and the leg looks more flexible.

Philly will be a good test for them and if they play like they have against WAS and TEN we will win. I have no doubt our D will make plays so it depends on the OL.

Philly will show serious balls if they blitz and observing the mediocrity in the Philly DB's I hope it will be a long day for them.

Glad to hear that Colombo looked pretty good against the Titans. Didn't get the game here in Tampa area so good only go with what I heard about our OL and that was the right side of our OL (Gurode, Kosier & Adams) played well and where most of our runs went. Hope all 4 players continue to improve/play well. How's Riveria doing? Last I heard he is our weakest link.
