That's not far from the case now. Wade is more or less just the defensive coordinator. Jerry hired Garrett and Campo and Houck and I'm sure there were others. He wants to run and control every phase of the team, but realistically he knows he can't be the coach too, so this is the next best thing - the puppetmaster.

I'm ready to just go ahead and get that over with now, why not! Atleast I wouldn't think he's a coward anymore, i'd have a bit more respect for him. Then he'd get to wallow in his own feces!
