How about Tim Tebow for backup QB?

I'd rather sign another QB who has been out of the game AND had a better career. Kaepernick!! I wouldn't have minded us kicking the tires on him 2 years ago but he may be extremely rusty right now. He'd be much better than Tebow right now if he had a camp.
