How are our castoffs doing?

I must confess I pretty much just watch Cowboys games.
How are our former players doing this season ?
D. Ware,
J. Hatcher,

Both Ware and Hatcher are playing well.. My honest opinion though? Who cares. The Cowboys are playing the best they have played in years and the defense is stepping up.. I will always love D Ware but I think it is evident we are better off without him (Not necessarily without HIM but without his cap figure)

D Ware is tied for 2nd in the league with 7 sacks so far. His rushmate Von Miller is the only guy in the NFL with more than him. I'm glad to see him doing well, but at the same time I'm glad the Cowboys didn't give 32 year old D Ware another big contract. He's really benefiting from having Miller on the other side.

Hatcher has 3 sacks, so he's behind his pace for tackles and sacks from last year, but still doing okay.

My thoughts exactly... love those guys, but you have to consider that even with them, we were 8-8 for 3 years. Maybe the chemistry just wasn't there for our defense the last few years. And I think that makes a big difference. Now, even though the players aren't as talented, the chemistry is getting there. I think that aspect makes a much bigger impact than many think.
