How are we CAP wise?

I think Adam said 21.4mil under but we then did a contract with Elam for LEI for 3.3mil which he did not earn which pushed it into next years cap. So we are now around 24.7mil under currently.

As Adam said, that will change with restructures, cuts, and tenders.

If we make the cuts I am hoping we make, and restructure a few deals....I see us having about 35-38 million dollars to spend in FA, resign our own guys, and sign draft picks.

And that number ($24MM) still includes about $4MM that would be freed after releasing Bledsoe.

It really doesn't matter anymore - the cap is rising so quickly that teams aren't worrying about it anymore. The decade or so of the cap actually affecting teams is going to be over - it'll be back the way it was if something isn't done.

For sure there are 1l better teams. No way the Cowboys could have stood up to the Jets today. The Giants tonight? Maybe, but I don't know.
