How big are you?

6' 220# 60, although I'm closer to being 61 than I am staying at 60. For most part I feel good. I had to stop running so my weight has creeped up, and having knee surgeries will do that.

I hear you...I've had 6 surgeries....including a complete reconstruction of my right ankle.
