Good Idea but the only thing is im not too sold on the 3-4 so what's his experience in?

I believe Cowboys would benefit much better in a 4-3 than a 3-4.

You go back to a 4-3 and you have another two/three years of rebuilding to do.
This defense is on the cusp of being dominating....there is no sense in changing back to the 4-3 at this point of there development.
