Score more points than the Chargers do.

Actually it is on the defense to keep SD down. Teams that play the best defense usually win. We have to bring the heat and keep Brees from feeling comfortable in the pocket. If we can actually get a lead, that will help take Tomlinson out of the game.

I admire your bravado.....I also hope that your predictions come true. But I think we'll have our hands full.

Thomlinson is a one-man-wrecking-crew. I fear him a great deal. No team can stop him.....he'll slow down our pass rush just by being on the field.

We can beat the Chargers by containing LT. If he starts making consistent 4-7 yard runs, it's over.

Our run defense in the preseason was a worry for me. I don't think we did a good job of stopping the run consistently. We were gashed several times. The Texans backs averaged over 5 yards a run while our first string defense was on the field. Alexander gashed us for a couple of nice runs too.

If we have to put 8 men in the box every time, I'm for it to stop the run.
