Because the Refs didn't throw a flag. It was a blatant pick on that 53 yard gain to Baldwin. It's supposed to be flagged, but its a core part of the Seahawks playbook. Pete Carroll really seems to say lets cheat and they won't keep on throwing the flag because it'll make the game too ugly, and he's right.

I was so pissed when they called holding on us because they let Seattle get away with it. Overall, the game was poorly officiated, IMO.
