The QBs weren't under a lot of pressure at all for the most part when throwing it seemed.

Even when sending extra rushers the Texans picked it up.

Tunsil is a stud at LT. They have 1st rounders at LG and RT. I didn't see our guys winning many 1-on-1 battles on the pass rush to be honest. Houston also limited the amount of times they were in obvious passing downs...

That's true also.

All their 3rd downs were like 2 to 4 yards.

Other than a 28 and 36 yard completion it was a short passing game that didn't allow the rushers to get into the backfield for sacks. I'm sure Houston did this by design because it's not a big secret that the Cowboys lead the league in sacks.

Runs, quick throws, screens.
We could have shut that offense down if Quinn had played a basic defense and played a little more zone where guys were looking into the backfield. But he wants to play man and blitz, blitz, blitz and stunt, stunt, and use weird alignments with 3 DLs on one side of center and 1 standing on the other side. The problem is he wants to rack up sacks and big plays even when the other team isn’t going to allow it because they are getting the ball out fast.

Just how the game went yesterday. Even when put in 3rd down passing situation Cowboys could not get after the QB. Just glad we won the game
