How did Dallas not get one sack?

Just how the game went yesterday. Even when put in 3rd down passing situation Cowboys could not get after the QB. Just glad we won the game

Other than a 28 and 36 yard completion it was a short passing game that didn't allow the rushers to get into the backfield for sacks. I'm sure Houston did this by design because it's not a big secret that the Cowboys lead the league in sacks.

A bunch of quick throws. Pissed me off that we couldn't stop all of those quick throws.

I don't get this either. They have the best pass rush in the NFL and they play so loose in coverage inside 10 yards. They need to get up in the receivers faces and knock them around on the LOS. That's how SF plays such good defense. Make the QBs hold the football s the DL can get there.

Texans OLine played well.

Very odd. The game flow and circumstances allowed The Texans to stay ahead of the chains. They ran a lot of screens/RPO action/QB runs with the dual QB's. They kept us off balance the entire game and were run heavy. They had a good game plan and our mistakes helped.

I feel like they were able to run the bal enough to keep our defense honest and embraced the short passing game; Dallas also had a few chances to make some TFLs but misses them. And the game was close for all four quarters, so they weren’t forced to throw the ball.
