How did Lewis grade out?

He made a much needed play for the D in a critical spot. His performance wasn't great, but he was the best player in the secondary by far.

He got a pick which was good. Other than that he looked outclassed by the Jets receivers. But so did the entire secondary.

I saw the same thing.....made an INT (great), but often was getting abused too.

Did he make a play, or did a play just come to him?

They were definitely picking on him and he looked overmatched. But I think Lewis is the type of guy that will give up a few plays then make a big play, like intercept a pass. I hate the way Brown, Awuzie and even Jones, play with their backs to the ball all the time. They turn either too late or never. You can;t intercept passes you can't see coming.

This and I would add that he looks as good or better than our starters with no game action

How would he look by now if he was getting some of CA or AB's snaps?

Mind boggling to me that Lewis doesn't play more or at least get a look

He has the best ball instincts. I think all the CBs suffer from Heaths bad instincts. Darnold got Lewis on a perfectly ran route where Darnold placed the ball to the outside where only jis guy would have a chance to get it.

If Lewis had the snaps he would be very good.

I doubt Dallas brings back Jones, and probably resign Brown pretty cheap. I dont see Richards back next yr. So we could see him in 2020 as hes not a FA until 2021.

heh I saw the receiver catch some passes with about a yard of seperation on lewis and then someone else bring them down as lewis was not in position or simply couldn't tackle the guy.
