How did this team lose its discipline so fast?

The 1st and 10 guys(not just Skip, but Shaun King as well) blasted Wade over being too layed back, and how is career Dec record is 15-21. However...

This has been the case since '03, when Parcells came. It wasn't just the Dec meltdowns under him, but this team just lost its discipline altogether in this month.

OK-I'll give you that Wade is very layed back, but Parcells??!! I really don't get the logic here.

Anyhow-how the heck does this team consistently lose its discipline when it counts most??

They didn't lose their discipline. This team has not had discipline for a long time. They didn't have it at the beginning of the year when they were racking up lots of penalties. They didn't have it under Parcells when they were again a highly penalized team and often lost the tough, must win game.

Discipline is a thing that needs to be addressed and improved. It has been a lingering problem for a while now.

Maybe because we have an assistant coach like Tony Sparano who says it's OK for a player to commit one or two penalties a game.

Him and red have both been overrated this year.

I fell for them too but its true.

MBIII should have had 20 carries in all 17 games this year and the Sparano comment about accepting penalties is simply ********.

Yep. Havent had it for a long time.

The worse thing that could have happened was winning that Buffalo game.... it gave this team a false sense of Invincibility. They went with it. Then again against Detroit.

Then the losses came.

Then it was over.
One and done.
