I am not peeing on a parade, but I do wonder how we are going to scheme to defend against Deebo, McCaffrey, and Mitchell. Thats a great 3 headed monster. There is a reason SF has won 11 straight.

They definitely aren't great. McCaffrey is a weapon but they don't really scare me. I have and will continue to say that the Niners have play some average at best teams for about two months. They're best win in the last couple of months was LAC and they won that game by 6 points when Jimmy G was still QB. We are going to be their toughest test. Combine that with our motivation of losing to them last year in the playoffs and our confidence of winning a road playoff game. I like our chances against them.

Wrong. They will probably be the toughest defense we have faced all season. Let’s not forget that just last week this team essentially laid an egg against Washington. You could say there wasn’t “much” on the line but they still looked like hot garbage.

This offense has been putting up a consistent amount of points (like at least 25+) for weeks ever since Purdy has taken over.

Missed the part of this topic that is about their DEFENSE. The topic is about stopping their running game, not their defense. So your WRONG and not paying attention.

They beat Miami 33-17.

They haven't had the most difficult schedule, but they have scored 33, 35, 21, 37, 37 and 38 points in their last 6 games, while giving up more than 20 points once. They've been crushing.

OK good for them. Like I said they have played a lot of backup QBs and average to below average teams which the Dolphins fit into that category.

The Dolphins were one of the hottest team in the league with the hottest offense when the Niners beat them though. And they had Tua healthy at that time. They were 8-3.

Dallas' defense is much better than people are willing to give credit for. With Hankins and LVE, I'm more worried about San Fran's passing game.

Not to mention, we have a 4-5 headed monster.. Lamb, Pollard, TEs, Gallup, Hilton.

I feel that if the front seven can get to the QB on passing downs the 49ers offense will become one-dimensional. That will at least allow the boys to better stop the run game.

+1

They are ripe for the upset. Squashing TB on the road is great medicine. Dallas will need to bring their big boy pants to SF, but if they come out like they did last night, SF will have a lot to deal with.

Zero pressure on Dallas as EVERYONE loves SF and has already booked them tickets to the SB.

Purdy vs Quinn. That is the matchup IMO. I think DQ makes him look like the rookie he is and Dallas “shocks” the NFL Sun night.

How is Miami defense? Did Tua even play in that game. The 49ers are good but they haven’t played a defense and offense like ours all season. Of course they will be probably our toughest test but if we play the way we can at times we have a good chance to beat them.

Have to get out to a lead and put some game pressure on Purdy and that offense. If we allow them to play with the lead, we're cooked.

You're not going to really stop their running game. Just need to make some key 1st/2nd down stuffs forcing 3rd & longs hopefully leading to punts.

Anytime a post starts with "Wrong." I want to pummel that person with a manhole cover. You aren't God.
