Schools that traditonally don't produce NFL players. Before I start I know there are exceptions to every rule, so every player from the school will not be busts.

I'll start out with Jared Odrick from Penn St. If you look at Penn St. players they usually have big time high school reps along with decent college careers but none of which has translated to the NFL. For example, Jimmy Kennedy, KiJana Carter, Lavar Arrington, Micheal Haynes, Courtney Brown and more recently where the jury is still out with Paul Posulney, Aaron Maybin and D. Williams(Lions, was I beileve number 1 recruit out of high school.)

So I ask will this go into your thought process when looking to draft a player like Odrick? Opinions

The school alters the way I judge a player, but it wouldn't limit taking one.

If I could get Odrick in the first round, I would snatch him up. Strong, quick, and a big motor. Thats what you want out of your defensive linemen.

I would say I'm more critical of certain coaches and some positions they coach than I am schools. One example would be Urban Meyer quarterbacks. Another example would be Spurrier's wide receivers. Just things like that.
