Give up 132 yards of total offense in 3 quarters, and still allow 31 points??

This might make sense if they had a slew of turnovers, but they only have two at this point... the six penalties for 91 yards is obviously a contributing factor, but still...

2 bad PI calls and a fumble deep in your own territory. That's 21 points right there.

Because special teams and penalties aren't counted in total yardage.

I'm guessing you have not watched any of the game. It's been a frustrating one.

I thought the 1st PI call was legit. Hamlin turned way too late and prevented chambers from making any sort of play on the ball.

The contact happened after he had turned to make a play on the ball. Regardless, it was uncatchable.

You're not going to have a lot of total yards when you're starting on your opponents 40 or better all night long.

Easy, turnovers and too many flags.

Because the Chargers have been starting at mid field all night.

the contact did happen after the turn but it was Hamlins poor angle that cut off the route and forced the contact.

Letting contact go in situations like that leaves the door open for guys to pretty much initiate all contact as long as they turn just before the ball arrives.

I thought it was a reasonable call. Pacmans was not. Not from the replay that I saw.

Disagree.

Hamlin had turned.

Poor angle? Hamlin and Henry both had perfect position.

Throwing a flag in that situation says the defender has no right to play the ball. It also says that the WR can create contact to draw the flag. If a defender is running with the WR and has his head turned and contact is created by him or the WR it's a no call. Both should have the right to paly the ball.

Not sure those were bad PI calls. Hamlin hit him before he was turned around, he took a poor angle.

Hamlin was going in the direction of the corner and Henry/Chambers were going towards the post.

As a result, Hamlin was to blame for the contract and not allowing Chambers a play on the ball.

I think it was a good call.

I'm sorely disappointed with our depth. Was our training camp too soft.

Most players say that this was the most intensive camp that they have seen. Is it the players or the (head) coaching that was handily beaten?

We saw to different plays then. I saw it 3 times and each time it was even that much worst of a call.

Very bad call. Not even close!!!!!!!!

Regardless, Special Teams and Discipline clearly hurt us tonight. They didn't do much on offense at all whatsoever. I'm confident that you will not see that happen next week against Denver.
