I agree with you on the Packers if the OP didn't specify SB era.
Which really should not be a limiting factor.

Fact is that GB only lost one championship game in that eight years.
for less than a decade it clearly was the most dominant.
Pats clearly have it for over a decade
 
Idk, blame it on crappy division, but the niners from 81 till about 96 were competitive almost every year. 5 titles to boot.

True, and they managed to transition from Montana to Young pretty well. Though it was four SB wins under Montana and only one under Young.
Also two head coaches. Walsh and Seiffert.

That was unprecedented in the SB era I believe; though one could point out the Steelers going from Knoll and Bradshaw to Cowher and company
