How does the labor situation affect offseason?

I may have missed discussion of this, but how does the current labor situation affect the offseason. I understand that the draft will go forward as planned unless there is a boycott by the incoming players (which doesn't seem to be happening and doesn't seem probable). How does it affect everything else? Do the Cowboys continue as usual until we get to the training camp? What will it do to free agency?

Players can't have contact with the team or the facilities and no contracts can take place. All the work that goes into the off season comes to a halt.
