How far the mighty has fallen

Here is the problem. LOL

Its funny how the media has spent the first 2 days after the cowboys put a hurting on the packers bashing Rodgers and the packers instead of giving credit to the cowboys.
They did this last week after we beat up the Bengals also.
So get ready for Eagles bashing next week after we stomp a mud hole in them also.

Either bash the team we play or try and create Romo vs Dak drama..... Anything to avoid giving this team the credit they deserve.

Rogers played horrible. That is a fact. Fumble and missed a wide open WR in the endzone. If Rogers is on, that is a different game. That being said the defense played great.

Rodger's struggles have been much discussed before the Cowboys game. It really came to a head after GB played Minnesota, and even more so now.

This isn't a case of not giving credit to Dallas, it's a case of bewilderment over the fact a god-like quarterback has returned to being a mere mortal. Phil Rivers had a pretty severe drop-off in play several years ago and managed to recover. We'll see if Rodgers can do the same. If not, it could very well eliminate the Packers as a potential NFC contender.

Big deal he had a fumble...or actually was stripped by our defense.
He completed 75% of his passes and you want to pretend him overthrowing a WR in the end zone means he played so poorly.
So I guess if every pass isn't perfect then its an excuse to focus on that non perfect throw instead of focuses on the fact that they just got beat at home by a better team.

Rodgers didn't play horribly. He has 294 yards, completed 74% of his passes, Had a QB rating of 90.8.
That's the kind of horrible that is good enough to get you in the probowl.

The focus should be on the fact that we went to GB and ran right over the #1 ranked defense against the run in the modern era.
Instead lets all act bewildered that Rodgers completed 74% for 294 yards with a QB rating of 90.8

The Aaron Rodgers thing is bizarre. He is running the same systems, has the same coaches and many of the same players. Either,

1. He has some injury nobody knows about or
2. He is losing interest in paying.

He nows has a celebrity wife/girlfirend keeping him busy. He has also talked about making/ directing documentaries. While he said he wanted to do this stuff when he retires, I think his mind isn't fully on football the way it used to be. His mind is wondering. And it's showing on the field.

I think it's something to do with his Depth perception.

On the Rodgers fumble what gets left out is Dallas was waiting for it, we kept the outside containment not allowing him to get outside and Durant was spying inside.

I think he's having vision problems that he's not letting on to ...

I think all the stuff with his brother on the Bachelor and their family fued being aired has not helped.

Maybe it is me, but the guy didn't seem very interested in the game on Sunday. Looked like he would rather be any where else. Maybe it was just cause they were losing and his head coach is a bit of a fool.

Watch kind of coach only goes into a game with ONE running back, who has a bad foot? Seems a bit arrogant to me as well.

It is bizarre. something is not right, don't think he forgot how to play QB. Wonder what is going on ?

ever since the loss to the seahawks in the playoffs they havent been the same supposedly.

but Cowboys crushed them with a rookie RB and QB in Lambeu. gotta give it up to the Boys.

I think there's a third big possibility: he has the quarterback version of the yips. It's something psychological.

A lot of Packer fans seem to be blaming his movement in the pocket and not setting his feet when he throws. GBs game plan also didn't seem to be doing him any favours. I don't believe he's done, but that them needs a shake up.

I noticed that too about media. Even NFL.com has boring and mundane articles to try and hide the ***-whooping we gave to GB.

Yet they are trying to make a big deal of Dak & Romo QB controversy. Thats totally BS!

There is no QB controversy in Dallas. We are blessed to have two very qualified franchise QBs that can win us superbowls.

He's always thrown on the run and off balance. His cannon of an arm allows him to do that. He just is not as accurate.

I don't think he's done either. He's too talented to not snap out of it.
