How far will Quinn slide?

Carolina hasn David Carr as there back-up for Delhomme. Greenbay would be a good fit for him tho.

The two teams who I think could use him is Chicago and Jacksonville, IMO.

Not sure what GB thinks about Rogers.
That's where I think he goes, to Green Bay. If you had told me a year ago that we could get Quinn with our first round pick, I'd have taken it in a heartbeat. But now, I have to agree with Mayock, I don't think he'll ever be a great quarterback in this league. I'll stick with Moxie, thanks.

He just left. Lol.

I would take him if he was still there, I guess. I just don't know. Such high hopes for Romo.........

I think Chicago trades up and grabs him.

you dont think carolina will take a looksy?....delhomme is gettin older..

Carolina have David Carr. He may be there when we pick.

I did, meh. That kid could do a ton better.

If he does come here, Romo could teach him how to use mojo to pick up a hottie like Carrie Underwood . . . :laugh2:

They were thinking of trading Rogers to Oakland at one point this off season. Dont forget his brother inlaw plays for Greenbay.

This would make sense. I don't think Delhomme is anything more than a guy at QB. I think Quinn could go in and take his time to learn the system....

makes sense IR.

Then what is Romo? If any of you think we are better off at QB then Carolina or JAX then please pass the kool aid. If Quinn is looking at us at #22 Dallas should take him.

I take him has insurance. San Diego did alright taking Rivers even though they had Brees. If Romo pans out, trade Quinn next year.

Whatever, if he is there at #22 you have to take him.

All you who touted BPA need to speak up now!

Jacksonville at 17. Book it.

They have two young QBs... I don't know about that. Are they ready to give up on both of them?

Romo was one of the highest rated passers in the NFL last season, so yes, I would say we are better off than them. If 21 teams, some of them with absolutely terrible QB situations, decide they dont want him...why the hell should we want him?

I'm with you... If we take Quinn, he's going to have to sit for at least a year. Gives us time to further evaluate Romo, see if he bounces back, Johnson plays backup and plays "uber-mentor" now.

If Romo works out, Quinn can be trade bait. If he doesn't work out, we have a Heisman candidate and 1st rounder as a contingency.

St. Louis could take him. Carolina won't take him with Carr there. But if they don't believe Carr is their future they could take him. If neither one of those two take him he will be there for the Dallas pick.

Had the Panthers not signed Carr I have no doubt they would have taken him, but not now.

That's what I think too. My instincts say neither Green Bay, Carolina or Jacksonville will take him since they are basically set at QB and the other teams have major needs.

The RAMS may take him, but they have other needs too.

I think he may be there at 22.

haha I remember 2 years ago we all were wanting Quinn and now because of Romo it may not even be that big of a deal.. 2 years ago there wasn't a person on here that didn't think it'd be a nice draft option. How crazy the NFL can be...
