How good can the Cowboys’ defensive line be when David Irving returns?

Speaking of Tapper, I wonder why he was inactive for the game against the Cardinals? He's not going to gain the experience he needs and get better if they don't allow him to play.

They always carry 8 DL on the 46 man game day roster. Moore came back and took that spot.

I would like to see them carry 9 when Irving comes back but I doubt it happens. They might if Moore can play Special Teams like he did in the preseason.
