HE could be great or he could be Hambone Part Deux. Now he is a lot better person then Hambone was but we have seen flashes in the pan that did not pan out; remember all the hype about Julius Jones after his rookie year?

He will miss at least 4-5 games due to injury and people like you whove been pimping him will bring out the “you cant predict injuries “ card

The Cowboys need to select a game in November for Pollard not to play. The 17 game season is too long for Pollard to maintain enougfh stamina to be consistently effective. I thinl a starting RB in the NFL should get two bye weeks. Besides the team's bye week, the RB's should get an extra bye week to rest.

NFL teams should have two "starting" RB's sharing the load considering they must play 20 games to win a championship. I think we are going to see great RB productivity in the first half of the season, in general. I think we will see less production from RB's as the season continues. RB's generally receive more hits than other skill players and so fatigue is a real issue.
Are we capable of running a true RBBC will be the question, because time management has to equal production.
Pollard needs this RB depth to step up and find their roles.

Can he stay healthy all year?

What will his stat line look like at the end of the year?

Pollard, Henry, Bijon Robinson, Chubb. What order would you put them in for fantasy in a non PPR league?

Pollard: 1700 total yards and 14 TD's? Can he be healthy enough to get there?
i think you give him 15 carry’s a game over 17 games for 1400 yards and about 10 TDs. we need 15 more carry’s a game between the rest of the RB room. that’s going to be the biggest question. we are at our best as an offense when we are closer to 30 carries a game. who’s picking up the slack???

Is this offensive scheme going to be a pound the rock type offense ? Doesn’t sound like it.

Not sure he’s going to have the type of season Eliiott did in both of his leading rushers seasons which is what 1700 would represent. Im not sure that’s even our intention with Pollard?

I think he’s also going to be a weapon out of the backfield and be more of a 1200 yard rushing type back which could be very effective in our new Texas Coast offense .

My expectations for Pollard are tempered and cautiously optimistic. I think he is a good RB; he is coming off an injury and I don’t think he is an every-down RB. Hopefully, the team will provide a complement RB/RBs to ease the physical wear-and-tear on Pollard.
Me too because he he's not built for 20 carries or more

Precisely. I’m probably in the minority, but I would have liked to have seen Zeke brought back at a reasonable salary; not only to split the workload with Pollard, but for blitz pick-up as well. Is there any other RB on the roster as adept as Zeke in blocking?

nope,
several here insist that once Pollard fractured his fibula (that did not even required surgery or screws, and regain health
on it's own) that he will no longer the same player and we should very concerned with that.
