Yes. The Cowboys front office is transparent to an extreme fault on these mattersDoes that really matter?
Yes sadlyRemember Isiah Stanback?
Obviously. Ok.With Carolina last season with an improving young QB he only had 12 catches for 121 yards and no TDs. They obviously weren’t happy with him and unloaded him.
It has never mattered what Stephen says.Yes. The Cowboys front office is transparent to an extreme fault on these matters
I like what we have now.and we're still looking!!!!
And no handsMingo WR 2
Turp Slot
That’s a ton of speed on that side of the line.
They might have their sights on a FA. There are still a few left.I doubt they make any positive moves for the WR position during the draft. That leaves them with no choice but to hard sell Mingo and Tolbert to the fans.
Solid as a 3rd or 4th receiver sure. He's a jag who can compete among jag defenders and that's fine for a teams depth but this team lacks actual playmakers outside of CD.Had a solid season last year.
The goofs don't realize that it's never Daks fault for anything, he's our leader and our best friendI’ve got zero issues with Tolbert and Mingo filling out the receiver depth chart. That doesn’t mean we shouldn’t add talent to the position.
Some of you goofs still don’t understand that poor QB play affects the productivity of the receivers [full stop].
You could pair peak form Jerry Rice and Randy Moss with Cooper Rush and they would not produce at their HOF levels.
Regardless of how you feel about Dak, he’s objectively an exponentially better passer than Rush. I would expect to see the impact on the receiver group this upcoming season barring injury.
Looking at it strictly from a ‘impact the offense immediately’ perspective, I think Warren would be able to do that more so than any WR they could get their hands on in this draft. If you think about it, his lack of targets has at least a little to do with playing opposite of Lamb, not to mention Rush's arm isn't suited for Tolbert's strengths. That's one reason why I think Warren would be a sneaky smart pick.
Sell us? wth does that mean? Does Jerry come out with Mingo posters on the 1st day of training camp? Do they have Minog bobblehead day at the home opener? We used a 4th round pick on Mingo last season, they had a 2nd round grade on him during the draft years ago. We didn't see him get a lot of targets, but it still remains that they had a high grade, and spent a 4th round pick on him.
As for Tolbert, they're selling us that he had the most touchdowns for a WR on this team with 7 I believe it was. If he did 7 last season, just imagine (in their minds) how much he could improve, maybe it'll be 17!!
With that said, we obviously have a need for a WR #2 who can offset some of the attention placed on Lamb. Do you believe they'll try to sell us that we don't need a WR early in the draft because of these two players???? Please give your thoughts..
Remember to think like the Jonses!!
