That really changed how the game finished out. We would have only needed 3 to win in the end.

I think that was one of the biggest plays down the stretch. And in the end was the difference in how the game was played out in scoring.

…..glad we didn't need it.....we already saw one of our 2pt conversion plays in NY.

It was big...personally....I'd have Byron Jones guarding Rudolph on that situation. But maybe that's a hindsight point of view.

??? I think he means when they converted with Rudolph to make it 28 instead of 27. If they miss that conversion and Maher FG wins it
….Maher with a game-winning FG?.....you got confidence?

Big. Very big. Our defense is so incompetent the got tricked by the same play all night long.

Imagine. They make the TD, but miss the 2 pt conversion.

We get the ball back, and we go down field but settle for a 3 pt attempt.
Defense makes the stop (note, these are things that actually happened in the game)
Dak gets the ball back and drives them down field into Minnesota Territory. All we have to do is kick a field goal to win the game. Not a long one either (which I honestly don't know if thats a good thing or not for Maher).

But nope. Our inept defense gave it up for Cook ALL. NIGHT. LONG.

very true I thought this all night it was a pivotal play and added to the defense being lost most of the night..big play for sure..

the defense lost this game..id say

70% poor defense -truly it was the motion stuff ie screens and the backup running back they couldn't stop.. Cook was avg in the run game 3.8 YC wasn't epic but his 86 in the pass game were killer..they picked us apart all night..

20% poor play calls should have been much more screens and outside runs ie tosses and what not our teams mirrored each other and the Vikes called a lot of screens and outside the tackle stuff and we didnt, aggressive D that overplay the run and pass rush need to pay for that. plus the last series just bad.. throw the dang thing somewhere all 3 downs, screw the clock..

, and 10% players execution in our run game, bad run blocking again.. blame zekes all you want but at the snap like the saints game that DL lived in our backfield more times then not..
