How is Carpenter?

Just got back into town and read that he hurt his knee. Any word on his condition?

I think he bruised his kneecap, nothing big. Takes about 3-4 days to get over

I hope this Carpenter injury is nothing serious, but I watched the replay in slow motion of the punt return he got injured on and it didn't look to good. He put the brakes on to try and make the tackle and it appeared he rolled his right ankle pretty good and then to make matters worse it looked like a Seahawk accidently stepped on it.
When the trainers were talking to him on the sideline he was pointing to the inside part of his leg, the same leg he fractured last year and he was having trouble putting pressure on it.

He did not seem to concerned about it on the sideline.......he was shaking it off

Yep, he cringed in pain a couple times trying to put weight on it. I think it could be serious. I hate preseason.

This in from our Todd Archer in Seattle...
Late in the fourth quarter rookie linebacker, Bobby Carpenter appeared to have suffered a right knee injury while covering a punt, but he said after the game he felt fine.

Carpenter attempted to return for the final series, but was held out because the Seahawks were running a two-minute offense.

Crayton is the one who got on the bus with crutches, not Carpenter.
