Defense.

Chiefs >>>>>>>>>>>>>> Cowboys

I mean, it's not close. Watch Chief games and you will see.

The Chiefs aren't scoring that many points. But they are holding their opponents down big time.
That only explains this year. The previous 12-5 years, that can't be the excuse. The Chiefs and Mahomes have won 3 of the last 5 SBs, have a shot at 3 in a row, and even have a shot at undefeated. All of that with Mahomes having an off year. It's culture more than anything. The don't have Jerry Jones is the biggest difference maker between the two teams, even bigger than the difference between the two QBs.

Bingo, the common denominator is Jed Clampett.

Because NFL QB play is wildly overrated. Still important dont get me wrong, but that position is more about surrounding the QB with talent than it actually is them doing the heavy lifting.

Jared Goff is playing some of the best football in the league right now, but hes not doing it because hes an elite QB.

This is precisely why statistics is considered one of the 3 greatest lies. For example, a QBs passing stats can be down for multiple reasons. They're always running out the clock at the end of games. They could have a good rushing attack. Or their offensive line sucks. Statistics do not differentiate one from the other.

When you turn the ball over matters too. The above statistics is just a compilation of everything that happened without context. But if you watch the two play, nobody outside an asylum would say they are similar.

1 team has a General Manager and a President of Operations.
And one team has been in every game and not had a chance for the QB run up stats when it doesn't matter, then conveniently go 0-4 when it again matters (and the defense goes back to not playing prevent). I do agree with all those you said, but you conveniently left this one out - In other words, Dak played a lot worse than his stats indicate (again).
