Jimmy Johnson said it best years ago. Dak needs everything around him to work for him to succeed. Mahomes makes things happen and stretches plays. These 2 aren't on the same level. We needed Mahomes on that final drive.

Andy Reid is not a dufus of a HC, unlike ours. They have a FO that wants to win. He was good with the Eagles. He just has a good QB now. And he is mopping up rings now.

Defense.

Chiefs >>>>>>>>>>>>>> Cowboys

I mean, it's not close. Watch Chief games and you will see.

The Chiefs aren't scoring that many points. But they are holding their opponents down big time.
That's true but it's not the true purpose of the thread.

The OP took advantage of the best qbs current bad stats to compare his to Daks bad stats......just damage control

The Lions are 6-1 and he won't use that record because their qbs passer rating is 115 compared to Daks 84.

Basically it's a thread that says " look over there, not over here"

His personal fans do be creative, lol

KC has a better all around team so they have a better record, plus Mahomes has had some clutch 3rd downs conversions. Mahomes gets the benefit of the doubt because he's a proven post season winner, a 3 time SB champ and he's playing with a rookie WR.

If Mahomes had Cee Dee Lamb, he would have 15 TD's/5 int's.

Your comparison is the joke of the year. Great job with that

Because NFL QB play is wildly overrated. Still important dont get me wrong, but that position is more about surrounding the QB with talent than it actually is them doing the heavy lifting.

Jared Goff is playing some of the best football in the league right now, but hes not doing it because hes an elite QB.
He’s also paid a lot of money. $55 million per season. It didn’t stop the Lions from surrounding him with significant talent. The Detroit NFL franchise does not claim they’re hindered by salary cap parameters. Lots of teams have made large financial commitments to their quarterback. They still make an effort to build their team through the draft and free agency.

It is still a fair comparison to this year. They also have similar career stats.

You can bet most of those TDs aren't all in garbage time against prevent D.
