I don't believe the Ravens offered him a $21m contract. Im not saying they didnt kick the tyres or make an enquiry etc but is their any proof other than 'sources' ?

Most of the news articles seem to quote other news articles quoting 'sources'. Is there any statement from the Ravens themselves confirming?

'Sources' in this scenario = Agent trying to whip up interest.

I was wondering the same. If Dez had a solid offer on the table, I have a hard time believing he would have shunned it. I honestly think he will play for the NFL minimum or an incentive based contract at best.
