Isn't Week 3 when starters play into 3rd quarter? If so do you think they'll keep Romo in to face that dominant front 7 of the bengals and risk injury?

I think they should not play more than 1 quarter, atleast they should pull Romo early.

This is the dress rehearsal tonight so I expect the starters including Romo to play a half and maybe the first series of the 3rd quarter. If the Cowboys don't look sharp the starters may play longer into the 3rd quarter. The starting offense has only scored 3 points this preseason so I expect to see Romo at least a half. Doubt the starters will play much if any in the final preseason game so we need to have a good gauge on where the team is tonight so we're ready for opening day.

The starters need more work than that they likely won't play any next week vs the Texans. The starting offense hasn't looked that sharp you can bet they'll play at least a half tonight.

normally i would agree with you but Doug Free is playing guard today.

Then he needs the work if the Cowboys plan on playing him there or this is a contingency plan in case Leary or Livings aren't available. You can't play scared in these games you have to get your starters sharp for opening day. They're not going to play much if any next week so the starters need at least a full half of work tonight.

The team needs to get in a groove first, if not, then they need to play until they get it right. Maybe they game plan tonight so the starters need to stay in as long as they can. IMO.

Green Bay had Rodgers out before I finally turned the tv on. Still first half.
