How long until Pacman makes an impact?

Please merge this if appropriate - I don't have the patience to wade through some of the Pacman threads...

But, realistically, how long before Pacman can make an impact on the field? Right off the bat returning punts? Does it take half the season before he is making big plays at CB?
Worst case scenario, strip clubs notwithstanding, he blows out a hammy in practice?
The guy has been gone a long time.
Was he really that good, before he got suspended, that he can just step back in with little visible signs of rust?

I hope he can be one of the starting CB's against the Browns.

I know he's the starting PR against the Browns.

He'll probably be sidelined with the normal "been out of football for a year" injuries like hamstrings and shin splints, so I would say that it will be minimal in the beginning. Hopefully, he doesn't hurt himself seriously trying to do too much too soon.
