No its not, you surround Campbell with an a+ O-line, a Dominant Running game for multiple years, and slightly above average receivers, and he will look just as good if not better than Eli Manning.

You could argue he had that last year. The Skins Oline has only broken down recently, Portis ran for almost 1500 yards last season, and Moss/Randel El are as good as Eli's Giants have ever had. Plus Cooley >>>> Boss. Campbell responded by being the ultimate bus driver.

I absolutely think if you put Eli on the Skins they would have been a better offensive team, and I think Eli is way overrated. But he can get the ball down field occasionally and doesn't hold on to it forever.

I think he gets way too much credit because of his demeanor on the field. For some reason, this so called "presence and poise" that everyone says he has gets him far with their fan base. It must therefore be everyone else around him that is the problem. How does he get that many excuses? Just because he's got this serious look all game long, then obviously it must mean he's good because he's concentrating real hard. Meanwhile, all I see is his indecisiveness in the pocket when he steps back to throw.

No way in hell. He wouldn't start over Eli in NY, and if Eli went to Washington he'd hit the pine so fast he'd have a head rush.

Campbell always looked like a darker complected Mario to me.
Get him a plumber's belt and he could do children's parties.

I was a big Campbell supporter. Then I decided we had to go another direction. But I think the best thing to do would be to offer him a first round tender. As I understand it, and please correct me if I'm wrong, assuming there is no new CBA, he would be a restricted free agent. We could therefore offer him a one year deal worth 1.5-2 mil. That's a good deal even if he's just our backup or placeholder while we groom a rookie. And obviously no one else will give up a first rounder for him, so I think he'll be on the team next year. He actually played pretty well against the Eagles I thought. Maybe the best he's played all season.

Al Davis just might

"With All Our Talent..." is a typical Cowboys fan's expression.

Commanders fans are asking the same of Wade Phillips :)

In all seriousness, JC is gone gone gone. It is very obvious.

Along with that, in today's NFL you need a great QB to be a great team. You aren't going to be building the Hogs anymore

It's not that JC is horrible. It's the team he plays for who really really sucks on a constant yearly basis. I mean I work with these people, and hear their ranting about how every year is gonna be different. I mean spending $150 million dollars won't change a thing in that clubhouse. Whatever it is something far more critical is going on. It has to do with the coaching, and bottom line is the front office seems to be the head coach in chage. Oh well...another year the Skins really made a splash after all!
