The offense is inept and I don't see Jerry having the patience if the team starts losing multiple games in a row. If San Fran blows us out and the offense looks stuck in the mud does Jerry panic and fire McCarthy? He was already on thin ice for failing in the playoffs and now there is Noone left to blame for the offense looking awful.

Our OC is Brian Shattenheimer or something lol. Fire McCarthy and you want him to have sole play calling?

Mike is safe this year unless the team is 2-12 and McCarthy is missing games for massages with Watson

McCarthy isn't the problem. Good lord.

Linehan, Garrett, Moore, McCarthy..... how many does it take?

Dak's serious limitations make it difficult on playcallers. Notice how many run plays McCarthy called in the red zone with time ticking. Then he finally lets him throw..... interception.

The problem here is the quarterback, and the quarterback only.

Howell, Purdy, and now Dobbs have schooled Dak in the last 5 games, and he didn't look great against the Giants and Jets, who only managed to score 10 points thankfully.

He goes the next time he thinks he can 'rest' Martin, Biadasz and Tyron.

Jerry forced Dak on MM. It is very clear to me what MM thinks he needs to do to make team successful with Dak.

I mean Dak is not going away regardless of what the fans want. Either McCarthy figures it out or he is gone. Jerry made that clear.

If the boys would have won, this wouldn't even be a post. One loss and wham, the sky is falling.

To answer your question, there would have to be a complete meltdown for MM to lose his job......complete meltdown.

1 is too many. If you're dumb enough to sit 3 starting linemen cause you think you got it in the bag. You don't belong in the NFL.
If that's true, the decision was made above McCarthy's pay grade.

Yeah, but who is going to be dumb enough to own up to making that call. Whoever admits guilt deserves an IGMO tattoo on their forehead.

When it comes down to the last game of the season to make the playoffs and we fall short.

Dak, McCarthy, and the Scott Linehan imposter will be fired. Quinn might too depending on how well the defense bounces back.
