i know i am, im so hoping Jerry fires him, we need a young eager coach who can instill fire and motivation to a team.

He inherited a playoff team and made some significant progress with the defense, but ultimately the last 3 seasons have ended very poorly with teams that seemed unprepared mentally and emotionally for more motivated opponents. To be fair to Wade, he seems to have little say in the offense and clearly has tried at times to get some of his people to help out on that side of the ball, only to be rebuffed by Jerry. But in the end it's a 2 coordinater team w/o a strong and empowered HC. Jerry has to check his ego at the door and give the next HC the authority to hire his own coaches and discipline his players as he sees fit. Nothing will change until then.

i guess i wont have to wait too much longer, unofficially it sounds like Wade will be back. great job, keep your puppet!

I think it will be a mistake to fire Wade. We need some continuity and build on how we progressed this year. A few pieces need adjustment, but for the most part we are in a place that a lot of other teams would like to be.
Wade is not the problem. I really think the players respect him and play hard for him. We just got beat my a better team yesterday.

People expecting something to happen to Wade are going to be waiting a long time. He simply isn't going anywhere.

We have one of the Best D's in the league. Simple as that. We lose Wade, we lose our D. Jerry won't allow this to happen.

Get over it guys, it WON"T HAPPEN.

There is a possibility that Jerry does something with Garrett, but I think thats even a pipe dream. I don't see it happening.

Have we as a fan base learned nothing from watching how Snyder runs his team for the last 9 years?

Teams are not successful when you start over again and again.

When you start over ...... its usually a 4-5 year process.

Jerry is not gonna do that when we have a chance of playing in the SB next year with the home field advantage.

Where do people get this stuff? This game had nothing to do with being "unprepared mentally and emotionally" or "motivation". This game had everything to do with a defensive front four manhandling an offensive line.
