I jumped the gun on a Quincy Carter jersey after he beat the 49ers as a rookie. Not making that mistake again.

No I would probably buy one of Fred, Tyron or Martin, those are the safest buys at the moment. Dez is a harder call, I can see a scenario where he's not on the team in 2020. Then Zeke, followed by Jones, then Dak. Everyone else is a risky buy.

I've grabbed Morris Claiborne, Randy Gregory, Demarcus Lawrence & Byron Jones jerseys in their rookie years. I feel like I'm a bad luck charm, so I won't do that anymore (though the Jones one remains to be seen). Heck, for Manchester United I grabbed an Adnan Januzaj one (completely lost confidence since an amazing rookie year), Angel Di Maria (didn't even last a year before being sold), and Memphis Depay (pretty much always on the bench and without any confidence). I should stop buying jerseys altogether.

As I said a Dak jersey is a safe bet because he will be on the team for the next four years as either a backup or starter at a great price, so no way he's dealt or cut. My biggest pet peeve is people wearing jerseys of players no longer on the team (non-legends) so I buy jerseys with that in mind.

just for the record...the only jerseys i ever bought were Staubach, Dorsett, Too Too Tall (my favorite growing up) Emmitt and Roy Williams #31
