Hard to get into the mood with the possibility of not having a season hanging above us
For me the night before opening day of the regular season feels like Christmas Eve. After months of making changes and adding players you finally get to see what you have. The night before the NFL draft feels like the night before Halloween. You’re excited but you don’t know whether you’re going to end up with a trick or a treat. There’s a fear you could end up like Charlie Brown with a bag full of rocks.
Been thru too many to get excited.I don't get hyped about football until early September. Nothing in the off-season gets me hyped.
