No they didn't.
The Oilers and the Dolophins had the same song.
Dolphins fans thought it was theirs, they stole it from the Oilers.
Both versions sucked.
It reminds me of a bad Saturday morning kids cartoon theme song.

Anything the Commanders have or do sucks also.

Can't say, haven't heard too many other team songs, if they have any at all.
I do know the Cowboys are are better than the Dolphins and Oilers.
I can't say about the Commanders, I know I heard it before, but can't remember it. But since they are rivals, it has to suck...

And some trivia about the Commanders song. Clint Murchinson bought the rights to it. And said the Commanders could not use it anymore. Until they changed their vote on their franchise.
Commanders voted down Dallas to have a new team.
So Murchinson bought it, and tradedthe rights for their yes vote.

Unfortunately, yes.

The 70s were a dark period in American history.

Why was it a dark period. Many other dark things since then.
It was the greatest decade of music for one good thing.

I was too young to really get the music scene of the time. Had to catch up on that later.

I do so miss bands that played instruments and wrote their own music. What a concept.

Sounds like it should be a theme song for a 70's porno.....I watched the Cowboys since Staubach, and a little before, and have never heard that song. I'll never hear it again if I can avoid it.....
