How many of you still are a little reserved with the play as of late? Still wanting to end your comment/statements with "if they continue to play this way".
We should beat every team remaining on the schedule, if they continue to play this way. Is this an abhorration? An anomoly? Can they continue playing this way?

I have to confess I'm still a little leary. I've seen three great games from this team and we've beaten a team soundly that we should of. I still have this nagging notion that keeps me from diving in head first without checking the water. I'm just not sold.......yet. Color me pessimistic, but I can't shake it.

I am the same way, I keep waiting for the wake up call and it never comes. I hope this is real but its just so sudden so not seen. I never forsaw shades of the 90's but here they are asking me to let them in. I don't wanna answer the door but at the same time I can't help but turn that lock...

yeah they would be my only concerns at this point... I am feeling pretty invincible nowadays... I like what I see... feel like we can overcome just about anything... but I dont want to test it with what you have already mentioned

Henry did knock away that would-be TD in the end zone. He'll break your heart, but he has a lot of big plays in him as well. As far as Vandy, I don't know what to say. He could snap out of it. His kickoffs were pretty good today. Maybe the FGs will come around next.

I think Henry is solid. The only reason he's being noticed is because noone will throw to T Newman.

I feel confident but not cocky. I know damn well there are plenty of teams out there with a reasonable chance of beating us. If nothing else, we proved in the Commanders game that we can beat ourselves. And you never know what critical call a ref will screw up.

But what really makes me confident is that I see our guys in the right frame of mind every week. No guaranteeing victories or anything fancy. TO's response to Shockey's comment: "We'll see.". Romo said he is having fun, but they have to look forward to the Giants. Damn good attitude. I am lovin' these Cowboys.

Exactly. Galloway had to wait for it. Any decent QB would have laid that in there.

I agree with Undisputed's "confident but not cocky" statement.

I'm not about to patrol around, as a fan, puffing my chest out screaming, "My team's better than yours!" This is the NFL and any team can win/lose on any weekend. Likewise, one injury can wipe out a promising season.

With that season, even at 3-3, the feeling was that we were more responsible for losing those games than the opponents were for winning them. "If only Bledsoe hadn't tuned it over so many times...if only we hadn't been penalized so much...etc"

I'd be curious to see, have we been penalized more than three times in the last four quarters, dating back to the second half of the Colts' game? I think you're seeing this team finally play well together. They're limiting their mistakes, namely killer turnovers and penalties.

I think the feeling even with Bledsoe at the helm was that that this would be highly competitive if he could just stop turning it over, his teammates stop getting penalized, and the sack count somehow reduce. Unfortunately, it became clear he couldn't perform his end of the bargain.

I don't expect Romo to maintain the league's top passer rating for the rest of the season. I think he'll "fall" to the 90s at some point, hopefully at least maintaining that average. But even so, that is much improved quarterback play over what we had and could prove to be enough to make this team dangerous going into the playoffs.

In short, I'm quickly seeing this team as one of the top four or five in the league. What that means, in the end, is anyone's guess.
