How many of you still post on this board after the SB?

It's hard to discuss football once the SB is over and by February because the NBA is heating up. I mean besides the draft in May who the hell can talk about football in Feb, March, April, June, and July?

Not sure how a member since 2009 can post something like this. There isn't a off season in Cowboy Nation.

FA, draft, mini camp, qb camp, training camp...we are always relevant and there is always something to discuss.

Come on, talk about what in Feb? You dont want to take a break from talking about this team at all?

I post more in the off-topic and sports zone forums anyway.
basketball season gets in full gear, the conversations are solid. not to mention Game Of Thrones!

edit: and i peak in the draft zone from time to time.

I come to this board to piss and moan and bisch... And root and cheer and get amped up and bleed silver/blue star all year long.

I usually take a break and then post less until the NFL draft. Last offseason there was a lot to talk about with Murray leaving. I guess it depends on what happens during the offseason.

It tends to slow down...but the chatter in the Draft Zone heats up which is always an interest to me.

There is an off-topic zone and other "sports" zones. I think I talk less about the Cowboys here and more about other stuff even during the season. There isn't much to talk about with the Cowboys except re-hash how ****ty they are.

The name of the site is CowboysZone but many site participants will gravitate moreso towards non-Dallas Cowboys topics during the offseason? Wouldn't it be more logical assuming a sizable group of individuals desiring non-Dallas Cowboys discussion would be attracted to other sites designed primarily for non-Dallas Cowboys topics of interest?

Maybe I'm missing something.

I will. The draft is always fun to discuss. Hell, the schedule release is exciting for me. Lol

All year round.
Draft Zone / Fan Zone / NFL Zone / Off Topic Zone.

COWBOYS ZONE

I'm on this board throughout the offseason I never get tired of talking Cowboys and the NFL. The only sport I watch other than football is golf so I don't have another seasonal team sport to turn to.

I still hang out just as much, maybe not this offseason though after a bad year. It will just be endless Jerry/Garrett sucks, they're gonna blow the draft, they did blow the draft cause they didn't draft peoples pet cats at some school they follow, etc threads.

I still read the board, but im more on a boxing forum in the off season

I look at this forum almost daily. I do not post much in the offseason. In fact I don't post much when I am happy with the team. I tend to vent here which probably makes a few people and mods unhappy sometimes. You can see my post count is fairly low for someone who has been here for over a decade. I do get most of my Cowboys news here. It is much easier to just check hear rather than searching myself. I would like to thank all those who post any news articles although it seems there is an automated "newbot" that does a lot of the dirty work now but several people like WoodysGirl have spent countless hours posting news in the past and probably still do.

Not any more. Probably 25 years now.

I stopped watching around 20 years ago give or take a few.

Was a Bulls fan (before they started winning titles and were losing to the Pistons) so when they did start winning titles I loved it but towards the end of their title years I quit watching because I seen how the Refs would let Jordan get away with fouls (not major ones but still) and they would foul Rodman just for looking at someone.

Now I get it, Rodman was a trouble maker but they still took it out on him when he was doing nothing and let Jordan get away with fouls and walks.

Jordan was their poster boy and when the refereeing was so bad that they held two different players on the same team to two different standards I just got tired of it and have not watched since. I doubt I have even watched five minutes of NBA since that time.
