For this game?

Because I know I'm going to need some of Our Cowboys strongest Kool-aid mix for me to have faith in our Team..Actually not really our team our damn Defense:( .

:beer1:Oh hell Here goes to our Cowboys and to a Playoff victory:hawks:

I'm glad the Boys are back in the playoffs, but backing in the way we did and watching our defense look so lost and confused doesn't have me exactly full of confidence. Do I think we can win this game? Sure. I just don't see how we win out from here with the problems we have showed down the stretch.
I'll go with the anything is possible attitude. Or the any given Sunday attitude, or in this case, any given Saturday.

My Moose Johnston jersey I brought up for this special occasion will be providing plenty of Kool-Aid for this game. It may be spiked, but damn, it tastes good.

I don't remember a game this season where the defense actually beat up on a team. (The tampa bay game maybe? But comeone their offense is weak. And our offense had a field day).

So i never fell into the hype trap 'the oh we are ranked #4 on defense, therefore our defense is great!' I always felt like we got lucky in a few instances and our ranking was misleading. We always gave up big plays throughout the season. Our special teams also has been hurting us. With that said, the Seahawks are not an impenetrable fortress.

pass me some koolaid :beer1:

D beat up the Commanders in Week 2, but that was a looong time ago.

It can happen again - I'm holding out hope we see that group again tomorrow.

Drink alot of kool-aid... its ok...

Its the playoffs and we are in them.

If we had finished 12-4.... winning the remaining 8 games would it really matter?

12-4 then lose in first round

or

9-7 and win in first round

I take the latter

I would of rather had a 12-4 record:D ...

The offensive line finally comes back to play after taking a few weeks off. Romo torches ther Seahawks and both of our RBs each get a TD.

While I said I do think they win, I think I should clarify.

I personally like the matchups. I think of all the potential playoff matchups for the Cowboys, this is the best. Of all the matchups for a team stuggling with confidence, this is the best.

Both teams are struggling, and both teams are playing underneath their theoretical ceiling. In short, both teams are better than this. That said, minues the Lions loss....the Cowboys losses have been to playoff teams almost exclusively. The 'Hawks lost to some garbage, and more than that...they're at the Cowboys level playing in possibly the easiest division in the entire NFL.

But, to be fair....they battled some fairly substantial injuries.

So once again, we end up at a draw.

Were I betting this game, as a successful gambler, I'd take Dallas. Seattle has failed to reach it's potential at any point this season, Dallas had its mojo for a bit. Considering coaching to be equal and both teams having holes in the secondary and questions in the running game, the trends tell me Dallas is....by the slimmest of margins....a favorite.

The result of this game will be based, in my opinion, on the early results. Neither team has confidence, both teams have holes, and both teams have good coaching (atleast historically)...this means that if a team can grab some momentum and confidence in the process, they will win it. A quick pick-6 or 30+ TD run will, imo, decide the result. It will provide the confidence for one team, and reinfoce the doubts of the other.

So were I forced to pick the game, I'd take Dallas +3 and pray for a close one. Were I forced to simply pick a winner, I'd also go Dallas based upon the celing achieved this season...but both would be shaky for me.

Ask me in the 2nd quarter, and I'll be able to tell you who wins, however.

I'd feel more confident if we had adequate replacements for Bradie James (bench this liability) and Greg Ellis.

Unfortunately, don't be suprised if Pete Hunter has an all-Pro day against us. Holmgren will have him ready to play, unlike some of our guys that still don't get it after 3-4 years w/ BP...

I'm so confused by this crazy season, I refuse to make any predictions until after the game and even then I won't be sure. :D

yeah, even though history says the 12-4 team is WAY more likely to win a postseason game than a 9-7 team...also, if we were a 12-4 team, we'd be waiting till next week to play

I pity any fan that isn't hopeful about this game.

This game is very winnable, and as a fan, you gotta have hope!

There is no reason we can't win this game!

There's always hope. We're going in as underdogs. I like that. Our team will be hungry and will ultimately prove the mediots wrong.
