I think Jeff Fisher is going to first look at what DeMarco did to them in the last two games against the Cowboys (253 yds and 175 yds). Then he'll look at what DeMarco did to the Titans today (167 yds), and the Titans TOP (Only 18:49). Then he'll decide he has to stop Murray to win the game, so he'll want to load up the box and force Romo and his bad back to beat him.
At least, that's the theory. (Of course, if Tony lights them up early on, that plan will probably be abandoned and DeMarco should get his hundred, and maybe a lot more.)
