Alright for those that arent ignorant, S Gilmore was just another ok cb. He's 6' and ran 4.48. He was solid. He went to the Pats and got lit up early in the year. He improved later. Year 2, he's considered the best in the league. Belichek teaches his corners to use their hands and be physical. He tells them they won't call it every play. Look at Ty law. He was physical. He shut down Marvin in the playoffs every year. He and the others did the same to the rams. They grabbed and held on every play. The refs never called it in the playoffs. He's doing the same with Gilmore. Now compare Gilmore to chido and Byron. Byron gets by on pure talent. Hes the best leaper in the league. He's 6'1 and ran 4.3 with long arms. Chido is built like a safety at 6'. Beast mode tried to run him over. He didn't. They went back. He gained no more yards. He's big and ran 4.43. He chased down S Barkley in week 1, so he has speed. What would Bill do with these two?If they were allowed to hold on every play and had Bill helping them get respect from the refs, how much better would they be?
