I'm guessing: 50% Randle. 30% DMC. 20% C Mike?
He'll double last weeks - 2 carries. That is how this coaching staff rolls.
Expect to see McFadden on the field as much as we saw Dunbar, with Randle and Christine getting the 1-2 down carries.
I agree. This whole RBBC is awful. Play this guys this series, then this guy, blah, blah, blah. How about go by the feel of the game and how they are doing?
I would like to see a lot of Dmac, this guy still has the speed to break one all the way anytime.
He had 9 catches I expect that to continue he just needs to make one guy miss and has the ability to take it home, Dunbar was just a lot quicker he's more of a stuff runner.
I am SO over this running back by committee nonsense. They need to sack up and find our best tailback and use the other guys to help spell. None of these guys are Dunbar, who actually had a unique skillset as a receiver.
Someone explain this obsession for Michael? The Seahawks got rid of him for a UDFA and a 37 year old who has nothing left in the tank. He has done nothing in the NFL. He split carries in college. Joseph Randle, who I'm certainly not advocating for, has done 10x what Michel has done in a limited role.
Count me as impressed with Rawls. Check out his strengths from his NFL draft profile:
STRENGTHS
If you don't bring it to him, he will bring it to you. Powerful beyond his size with strong legs and outstanding balance at and beyond contact. Able to absorb contact on legs with defenders bouncing off. Coils into a ball of power and explodes into tacklers with cocked hip and low pad level to finish his run with a message being sent. Competes hard on every run with jump cuts and lateral shiftiness in the hole to go with his power. Sudden runner with ability to make sharp, decisive cuts. Can plant and go with immediate burst downhill or bounce to perimeter in search of new opportunities. Has desired foot quickness and hip fluidity. Has above-average vision and feel for the changing shape of running lanes. Hands are good enough to factor in passing game.
He went undrafted because of massive character concerns.
His draft profiles sounds like it is about Marshawn Lynch.
My point is I think the Seahawks were VERY high on Rawls and frankly saw him as a better 2nd option than CM. I think they, probably rightly, that CM was likely to be malcontent as the 3rd RB so they dumped him.
It doesn't mean CM can be good in Dallas, however, I don't think the Seahawks decision is that surprising.
