TO looks like he's still in amazing shape. I think his 33 is considerably younger than TG's 32 in terms of football year's left.
We still have to find a WR next offseason, probably TG's replacement.
Maybe that guy is Green (although I doubt Green ever catches on as a legit WR) or one of the UDFA's we have.
I'd love for it to be Calvin Johnson...

He is the oldest "elite" reciever in the league. This guy is old as Joe Horn and people have written him off. I just dont see him being able to last much longer as a dominent reciever. How do we even know he can be one this season? He hasnt shown us he still has it since he was suspened.

WHAT?? How many games have you seen him play since he was suspended? What's to say he has lost anything since then? That's like saying Ben Roethlisberger hasn't shown us anything since winning the Super Bowl.

And Joe Horn wishes he was half as good as TO, or in half as good of shape.

ok...what did you just say?

Basically, I said it's premature to obtain a thorough measurement of TOs worth.

TO is not getting the same intensity of pressure in training camp that he'll generate during the regular season. Wide Receivers, like quarterbacks are semi-protected from intensified defensive aggression, due in part to decrease unnecessary injurires, to build confidence, and preserve low injury rates.

That said, during any training camp forum, you can expect WRs to run good clean routes, hone in on timing with QBs, speed and separation drills, and probably some other fundamental components associated with the receiver positions, but you will not Get a true measurement of WR /QB effectiveness, until pre-season/regular season begins.

But I think it's safe to say that TO still knows how to find his way into an endzone.
