How much longer will it take until Michael Sam is activated from the practice squad?
I don't know how much he will help out the defense but he will help with ticket sales. There will be a boatload of 46 jerseys in the stands. Tickets to fans of other teams will diminish.
Besides, Michael Sam news will help to get rid of the Ray Rice hoopla.
I'm going to guess that Jerry Jones would love the attention.

Troll much?

Funny thing is I figured the Rams would have pulled him off our PS since they lost one of their stud DL and nary a word.

Cue the poster with the "Not sure if serious" signature.

They just sold out a game where the average ticket price was $300.

But, your logic is that an openly gay player in the state of Texas being activated will...sell more tickets.

I wish I was making that up.

YR

1. I'm NOT trolling.
2. I AM serious - and NOT looking to ridicule Sam, the Cowboys, or Jerry Jones.
3. It is my opinion that a gay player in ANY state, including Pennsylvania, will sell more tickets to cheer him on and jerseys of the player to support him. MANY homosexuals throughout the country will probably buy 46 Cowboys jerseys - and who knows how many heterosexuals?

Not only would this be a positive story for Dallas - but also for the NFL.
...and eventually, EVERY NFL team is going to have an openly gay player on their team. Dallas would just be the first.

If we are talking conspiracy stuff, I thought he could be activated for one reason only: to take away attention from Romo in the press this week. I was wrong.

Speaking of conspiracy theories, he COULD be activated to take attention away from the NFL's problem with Ray Rice.
