Tied for the league lead in TD's despite not starting a quarter of the season.

1,138 yards.

Makes big play after big play and provides a downfield threat.

What's it going to take to keep him next year?

Just think if he'd started from Week 1. He could have had a 1500 yard 15 TD season.

just think if we didn't re-up Roy ****ing piece of **** ****ing *** ***** *** mother****er Williams

we could have used that money towards him

sorry mods, my computer flipped out

Roy should just give his money to Miles.

I for some reason don't think he will.

We should trade Roy for a 7th round pick, someone will have to take him, please???

Too bad for Jerry and his wallet.

The solution is cut Roy, re-sign Miles for a big wad of cash.

Whatever it takes to resign him......

It will cost us more than the deal we gave Roy and it will be worth every single penny.

100 MILLION DOLLARS!

it doesnt matter how much he will cost. There will be no salary cap, so JJ can spend all he wants

think the jets regret not making that 2nd round tender offer over the summer?

Yes, and Jerry can fix some mistakes:

Cut/trade RW.

Renegotiate Barber to a more reasonable contract.

Cut/trade Flo.

Cut/trade Hamlin.

He can do all of this with no impact on the cap.

He can then open up his wallet for whatever players we are allowed to sign according to the interim CBA. Miles will not be a free agent but he is playing out his fourth year tender and we should pay him an appropriate salary, but I would avoid a big multi-year deal because I don't think he has quite earned that yet. 3 years $24 million sounds about right to me in this situation for a guy who has had only one breakout season and for who we have exclusive rights.

I don't know, but he'll be worth it. We should probably go ahead and try to sign him to a new contract. He's gonna get a lot of offers.

I agree.. but I would keep Hamlin he is better than Ball... but maybe restructure his contract..

We have to get it before the end of the season, if we miss the playoffs I fear his eyes will be looking towards a team like Indy.
