How much you wanna bet...?

LaMarr Woodley out of Michigan would be an interesting choice too. I think he has over 10 sacks this year, and was a LB out of HS.

I don't see Freeney being a good fit, he doesn't play the run well as a 43 DE, and I don't know how good he'd be in coverage.

I love you PrimeTime.

In a manly way of course.

I am bias obviously but I have watched him play every game this season and he is a beast.

Best part is he has the motor to rush every play.

And how much do you want to bet that no matter who so-called pass rusher that we try to bring in we -still- won't generate a pass rush as long as Zimmer is here.

:hammer:

I wanted Manny Lawson.

And how much better is Lawson doing? Two sacks and an interception?

With as much whining and lamentation around here, you would think he had a dozen sacks and was in the running for the defensive rookie of the year.

I agree completely, especially about his motor. Every time I've seen him play he was constantly in the backfield.

BTW, I'm not against going after Thomas at all. He's a good passrusher and as versatile as they come. I think he's sure to be overpaid by somebody though.

Oh dont get me wrong.

I was just saying thats who I wanted in the draft.

I am not about to start a Lawson vs Carp thread lol.

Neither of them have done much of anything.

Thomas has played EVERY position on defense professionally according to the Ravens. He is the most versatile player in the league. I'm not even sure Baltimore will let him go. Either way, he will become a very rich man next year.

Adalius Thomas would be wasted here. We dont have any defensive mind clever enough to put him all over the field the way the Ravens do.

so you're assuming Zimmer returns?
