Mike McCarthy has only been a play-caller with the Cowboys for three games so it’s dangerous to read into things too much. But his run tendencies on first downs in the redzone are certainly cause for concern.

The Cowboys are currently running the ball 81.82 percent of the time on 1st-and-10 in the red zone. Running the ball at a 50 percent balance on first down isn’t statistically advisable, a rate of nearly 82 percent is downright inexcusable.

I don’t believe Philly is the juggernaut they were last year.

But also don’t think anybody in the NFC can knock them off except for maybe SF and Dallas on their best day.
I have Philly & San Fran as the top NFC teams. At this point, I really wouldn't expect a win over either. Even though the success we've had over Philly says otherwise.

We seriously have a person in here trying to argue that wins don't matter until the playoffs.

That's where we are at.
That's where we have been at for years we could win 16 games and Noone would care if we lose the first playoff game.

you got to run it in the red zone when you are scared your qb will make a mistake.
Or, the other team is dropping 7 in coverage, you run game has been working and a makeshift OL against the team who came into game #2 in sacks all dictate maybe you just alter your game plan a little.
