How often each offense has taken a 1st & 10 and earned a new set of downs (or scored)

Falsified stats based off of nonsense metrics. The offense is garbage and anyone can see that. I don’t need nonsensical statistics (I mean seriously, it’s a bunch of mumbo jumbo everyone clamors to believe despite knowing nothing about what goes into it) to debate this.

Three games is not a large enough sample size. We might see some tendencies but 1 games can really make a big difference in the stats. For example, the Cowboys were averaging giving up 86 yards rushing per game for the first two games. Now they are averaging 131 yards because they gave up 222 yards to the cards (115 on 3 plays!)

The Cowboys offense will be fine once they get the OL healthy.

You are aware that wins are the most important stat, right?
unless you need the stat for an argument your losing... meh pretty common around here. "Stats only matter when i need them but W/L are also ok if they help my argument"...there are no kickers in the CZ because no one ever knows where the goalposts are at any given minute.

I hate analytic crap like this. When the receivers are not open, and Arizona did a great job on them, I don’t blame the QB for issues. When you are losing by 2 TDs because of the defense and the QB is put in a position of needing a 3rd down TD because we ran the ball twice for -1 yard and it appears only one receiver has a chance, I don’t blame the QB.

Likewise, I’m not lifting the QB on a pedestal for stats like this. A QB can stink and hold a team back when the protection is good and receivers are open with Good play calling, but he can’t deliver the ball, but no QB, not even Mahommes, should get singled out for the offense’s success. It takes blocking, receivers who get open, and good playcalling. Even a great QB will struggle without those, and an above average QB can excell when he has these.

Mahommes is the best…period, a generational talent, but he has struggled without pass protection, and he’s struggled without Kelsey. It’s a team sport, even when you have a great QB.

We seriously have a person in here trying to argue that wins don't matter until the playoffs.

That's where we are at.
Yeah we have fans here that can talk themselves into anything and have for almost three decades.

https://cowboyswire.usatoday.com/lists/cowboys-week-3-by-the-numbers/

Mike McCarthy has only been a play-caller with the Cowboys for three games so it’s dangerous to read into things too much. But his run tendencies on first downs in the redzone are certainly cause for concern.

The Cowboys are currently running the ball 81.82 percent of the time on 1st-and-10 in the red zone. Running the ball at a 50 percent balance on first down isn’t statistically advisable, a rate of nearly 82 percent is downright inexcusable.
You cant be serious. Lol

simple situational football in a small sample size.

When Diggs went down, my hopes for a title went with him. I'm wondering if the team felt the same.
